Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire
Salary: Basic £30,000 per Annum With Genuine OTE £65,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to join our client's team at their newly refurbished site in Hull.

This role would be ideally suited to an experienced Sales Manager who is accustomed to the pressures of a high volume environment whilst delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Their brand goes from strength to strength, but as it does so expectations rise.

Leading a team of 10 sales people, 2 administrators and 6 cleaner / drivers is a challenge in itself. Reporting to the Head of Business you will be supported at every level but equally expected to bring a new approach and your own stamp to an incredibly successful business.

This Sales Manager role is not a position for a strategist or an administrator. They require a highly involved manager who will be working in a customer facing environment, being an integral part of the sales process, whilst at the same time coaching and guiding a relatively new sales force to constantly greater heights.

The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager role will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Experience within the motor industry at Sales Management level
• Commercial awareness and financial analysis
• Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Ability to lead and manage the sales team
• IT literate with a full UK driving licence

You will ideally live within 30 miles from their site.
