LEARNING ANALYST - ST PAULS BASED - Contract role
Bank of America Merrill Lynch is currently seeking to recruit a Learning Analyst to join their Learning And Development Department in the offices based in St Pauls.
The role will provide administrative and project support to the Leaning development team.
Responsibilities of a Learning Analyst:
* Learning program management: support LOB and consultants on the logistical management of learning events, and other key cross line-of-business deliverables (liaising with vendors, room bookings, invites, evaluations, trainer meet and greets)
* Project Support: Work with Learning Consultants on project work including Regulatory training, Conduct Risk, Talent Planning etc
* Graduate Support: Supporting the Learning Consultant with comms, queries, new joiners, FCA exams and manning the graduate inbox
* Learning systems: testing, review, course management, learning portal update and maintenance. (MyLearning, Discovery)
* Learning Vendor Engagement: Learning agreements, NDA's, Invoice processing
* Capacity management: Regular review and flag with process lead any opportunities to maximize/streamline
* Reporting: Report running, data analysis (Process Lead to run all other reports)
* EMEA Shared Mailbox Queries: Dealing with all basic learning queries, Language skills training etc
* Process mapping and improvements
* Communication: Drafting and working with internal stakeholders to gain appropriate approvals for comms

Key skills for Learning Analyst:
* Financial Services/Professional services background
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Time Management and prioritisation skills - ability to multi-task and work with multiple deadlines and priorities
* Excellent communication skills (internal, client, telephone and shared mailbox)
* High attention to accuracy and ability to spot errors
* High level of MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Expert of Learning Systems, myLearning, Learning 2015, Learning programs (more detailed in aligned area), OBI reporting, WebEx & Teleconferencing
