Salesforce.com Solution Architect/Solutions Architect - expanding top tier consultancy

A driven and skilled Salesforce Solution Architect/Solutions Architect is required by one of the UK's leading consulting, technology and outsourcing providers to work within the Digital Solutions Unit.

The ideal candidate will have large and multiple Salesforce.com implementation project experience and a detailed understanding of its Solution Architecture. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management and influencing qualities.

Essential skills/experience:

• Architecting and delivering Customer centric platforms utilising complex integration patterns, across the suite of Salesforce.com applications and AppExchange partners
• Ideally acting as principal architect lead on at least one major project, reinforced by having delivered at least 3 significant projects in Sales, Marketing and/or Service solutions
• Significant experience in key Salesforce.com capabilities, including the following:
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform Cloud, Chatter/Communities
• Experience of multi-vendor solutions in particular some of the following;

CPQ, CTI/IVR, Payment, Knowledge Management, Marketing Platforms, Social Analytics, Identity Management (SSO)

• Implementing architectural governance and proactively managing issues and risks throughout the delivery life cycle

The Salesforce.com Solution Architect/Solutions Architect will be required to be suitably certified, with a minimum of Admin 201, Dev 401 and at least one consultant certification.

Candidates can work from any base UK location and will have the opportunity to work remotely but must be fully flexible with regards to working hours and working away from home during the week.
