Trainee Driving Goods Vehicles / Warehousing & Storage Tutor

Due to the ongoing success of the business, this private training provider are looking to recruit a Trainee DGV and Warehousing & Storage Tutor/Assessor. No experience of delivering training is required as full training will be provided.

The candidate should have recent experience of working in a general haulage environment as a driver (Cat C+E) and have experience in working in a warehouse and storage environment. Good knowledge of Traffic Office would be advantageous.

The principle role will be to assess candidates in their place of work against nationally recognised standards, and would suit an individual who is looking for a career change whilst still remaining in the logistics sector.

Salary: £19,000 - £24,000 + mileage + bonuses

Qualifications/Attributes:

Essential:

- C+E licence
- At least 5 years on road experience driving C+E
- A good understanding of the rules and regulations surrounding general haulage including Drivers Hours legislation.
- Driver CPC
- Ability to 'get on' with people
- Basic computer literacy

Desirable:

- ADR Licence
- Traffic Office experience
