Exciting times are amongst us at the Ramside Estates we are set to open in July 2015 a New Health Club and Spa which will encompass an Asian infused restaurant 'Fusion'.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a stunning new development based on the Ramside Hall Hotel site. The Chef will be a key member of the team and help to drive Fusion restaurant forward.

As Chef you will, along with the support of the management team be responsible for the growth and development of the Fusion restaurant adding new dishes and training both front and back of house staff as to how the dishes are prepared to ensure complete team work and ability to up sell.

Ideally you will have;

Knowledge of Asian cuisine,
Menu design & development - with a view to change or create new food,
Know the product cost and know how to create suitable selling price in order to achieve the best profit margin and experience of stock control - kitchen ordering
Chef recruitment and Rota's
Hygiene, Health & Safety records, procedures, cleaning schedules
Organisation skills and ability to work in a busy, standards driven environment
