Sales Manager- Managing a team of 8 Digitral Account Managers GBP45,000 to GBP48,000 basic plus GBP6700 car allowance. GBP12,000 OTE (uncapped) Managing a team of 8 Digital Account Managers Flexibility to work from home 2 days a week Core hours 8.30am to 5.30pm Based in our head office in Preston Brook, Runcorn Leading a team based within an office environment, you'll be expected to lead, manage and develop a team of high performing individuals to deliver on your total team targets. You will be expected to deliver on this through maximising revenue, base growth and maintaining customer tenure from core and more importantly non core products and services. You'll need to build key relationships with C Suite contacts within your top accounts as we'll expect you to be able to converse with some of our customers on a regular basis. You'll need to be excellent at stakeholder management to ensure you are effective at your job. Commercial acumen, gravitas as a leader and strong sales management are an absolute must in this role. Responsibilities Lead a team of high performing sales people. This includes motivating and inspiring, supporting, advising, influencing, and engaging team members and holding them accountable for actions and achievement of results, Develop team. This includes assessing capability, coaching, giving feedback, facilitating access to resources and networks, performance review, and establishing development plans. Deliver results. This includes developing and implementing action plans for delivering results, pipeline management, forecasting, analysing performance statistics, Understand business strategy and create your teams plan and deliver on it Develop and maintain cross-functional networks across SMB as well as Mid Market Record, analyse and administer business information using specified business systems and use to identify new opportunities Keep up to date with changes in products, services and competencies through self learning and self development Skills Experienced sales manager, ideally from B2B sales, telecoms or digital Interest in digital products Leadership skills: interpersonal, communication, performance management, influencing, team building, disciplinary.
