An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their operation at Scunthorpe, becoming part of their Team, committed to providing a first class service to their customers.

You will manage, support and motivate our Warehouse colleagues to deliver internal and external KPIs, ensuring briefings are delivered and managing and monitoring performance. Providing support where necessary, you will meet and exceed the timeline requirements for inbound and outbound workloads and deliveries, whilst ensuring health and safety are adhered to in line with warehouse and general site guidelines.

Candidates will have experience of working within a fast paced distribution environment, leading and developing a team with previous KPI management experience.  With excellent organisational skills, you will have the ability to demonstrate analysis and critical thinking with strong IT skills, particular with Microsoft Excel.

This position would typically work a 48 hour week, Monday – Friday on a rotating shift pattern, however flexibility is required during peak times with some weekend working.
