Description:
The successful candidate will be focused on delivery and will:
???????Support the reporting of progress and status to the appropriate stakeholders on a timely basis, including identification and escalation of key risks and issues.
???????May be responsible for end to end delivery of defined tasks.
???????Undertake a range of more complex technical support tasks (e.g. presentation design, spreadsheet analysis and recommendations, maintenance of project plans, identifying issues).
???????Carry out data compilation, research and analysis and makes recommendations for improvement to processes.
???????Contribute to the development of administrative systems and processes (e.g. SharePoint site) to support the work of more senior colleagues.
???????Assist in the planning and monitoring of project timescales and budgets using established project methodologies, liaising with other departments, users and other colleagues as required.
???????Develop and maintain effective working relationships with appropriate colleagues, proactively answering queries and following up actions with stakeholders.
???????Take responsibility for self development, actively seeking feedback and responding accordingly.
???????Timely and accurate completion of own deliverables, assessing and managing risks and identifying counter measures.
