Refuse Loader
A leading UK-based company is looking for experienced and hardworking Refuse Loaders to join its team.
Our client offers excellent salary (based on experience) to the successful candidates. This is an initially temporary position.
As a Refuse Loader your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Removing refuse and various items from street
- Assisting in the loading of domestic/commercial waste onto refuse vehicle
- Delivering plastic sacks wherever required
- Assisting the driver with unloading and safe manoeuvring of the vehicle
- Provide valuable information to the residents in the recycling programme
- Collecting payments from residents and businesses and giving receipts
- Working according to Health & Safety standards
The right Refuse Loader will have:
- Must have previous experience in the waste industry
- Must be hardworking and well-organised
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Must be confident, self-motivated and have a positive attitude
