Role Overview:

The Performance test manager will set up a performance testing service for one of our top clients on an ETL based system. This project will involve building a strategy and implementing the strategy in collaboration with performance test analysts from our offshore team. The Performance test manager will lead and manage the initiation phase of this service.

Essential Skills:

• Performance Test management experience across multiple accounts/clients
• Experience managing a team of performance testers including resource planning and resource forecasting
• Proven background delivering complex mid to large scale performance testing projects to time and budget
• Experienced in an external client facing role, strong client liaison skills ideally from a Testing consultancy or Outsource organisation background
• Performance Test planning and test coordination experience
• Must be fully UK Mobile, we are guided by our clients requirements, candidates must have a we go where the work is mentality
• Experienced in managing both onshore and seconded teams
• Production of the full range of test documentation to client specifications and standards
• We require candidates who are eligible for SC Level security clearance and hold a clean valid driving licence

Desirable Skills:

• Ideally hold a recent relevant testing certification eg ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager preferable
• Ideally have previous experience working with either the Government or Public Sector clients

The successful candidates will be required to obtain security clearance to SC level. This role will be UK Mobile role so a clean driving licence and access to a vehicle is highly desired
