Role Overview:
Due to the continued success of our Oracle Practice, we are currently recruiting Oracle Functional Consultants. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing team as we are in the middle of a large implementation and enhancement programme for one of our top clients. Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HCM/Payroll implementation projects across a varied client base.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and fostering excellent relationships with customers, partners, internal Steria Sales Teams and other key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for applications analysis, design and configuration and client management at a SME level.
Essential skills and experience:
- Oracle ERP applications R11.5.10 and R12 Functional experience.
- Experience of key Oracle Time & Labour and integration with Projects.
- Functional experience in design, build and test of Oracle HCM
- Expert knowledge of two or more of the following modules; Core HRMS, SSHR, OLM, CWB, OAB, Payroll and iRecruitment.
- Sound knowledge of integration between HCM and other eBusiness suite modules
- Experienced in analysis, design and applications configuration
- Ability to produce high quality deliverables using Steria's proprietary methodologies, client specified methodologies or OUM
- Excellent communications (verbal and written) skills and excellent customer facing approach
- Sound presentations skills with the ability to undertake CRPs and Prototyping sessions
- Practice development, mentoring and team-working skills
- Good documentation practices.
- Knowledge of OUM or AIM methodologies
Desirable skills and experience:
- Oracle applications extensions and enhancements, including data migration and integration.
- End-to-end delivery in Oracle HCM
- Preferably certified in Oracle HCM
- Knowledge of other Non-Oracle HCM solutions
- Knowledge and experience in Fusion or Taleo
- Knowledge of Discoverer reporting
- Knowledge of Oracle Workflow, AME and Alert
- PL/SQL skills and fastformula would be advantageous
The successful candidates will be required to obtain security clearance to SC level
