The school are looking for a strong-willed and ambitious SEN KS2 Teacher who has a dynamic approach to behavioural management. The school wants teachers who can make an instant impact with students by committing to high expectation level of behaviour, attainment, and engagement. You will arrive with the determination to meet challenged head-on and an inspirational teaching method. Since the arrival of an outstanding Headteacher, and new leadership team in September, the school has made magnificent progress, and is well on its way to becoming an Outstanding school. However, they have a KS2 opportunity from September, which is being offered to an experienced teacher, or NQT graded 'Good' or 'Outstanding' - Does this sound like you?

About the Role
This KS2 Teacher role involves you joining one of the school's KS2 classes depending on need within the phase. You will be supported in class by a full-time Teaching Assistant, allowing you to focus on maximising your teaching, confident in the knowledge that all disruptions will be dealt with swiftly and effectively by the experienced support staff.
You must be an innovative SEN KS2 Teacher who has a history of 'Good' or better teaching and ideally have previous experience working in a Special School setting. The school wants to recruit someone who has a real appreciation of the art of teaching and a relevant and up-to-date knowledge of the national curriculum across KS2. You will provide the resilience and determination to overcome any initial hurdles, learning and growing as an educator with each new day. Ideally, the school need an SEN KS2 teacher who is able to use their inclusive approach to reach every child and create exciting and inspiring lessons.
