My client is a global leading provider of advanced advertising technology for New TV platforms. Their advanced advertising software platform enables customers to increase revenues by delivering more timely and efficient sales and marketing messages, to extend TV business models and affiliate partnerships to new platforms, and to gain Real Time reporting and measurement insights across multiple screens. They are now looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Software Engineer to support the growing UK footprint.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Software Engineer who is looking to expand their horizons, by joining a well-established global organisation in their UK growth stage. This role will initially be a remote position with requirements to report into the London office as the business grows.

Requirements:
*Assist with the technical deployment of enterprise software including planning, installation, configuration, testing, training, tracking and documentation
*Perform product and technical configuration including account setup, user setup, contract setup, and data ingest
*Develop custom Shell Scripts, SQL queries and other tools as required for troubleshooting and/or deployment
*Work closely with technical team members to determine custom product configuration or integration solutions
*Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge regarding the capabilities of products and services
*Provide subject matter expertise regarding best practices and system capabilities to customers
*Manage multiple customer projects
*Assess and prioritize customer requests and projects
*Document and articulate clear solutions and requirements
*Engage with business stakeholders to ensure and verify that campaign launches are successful
*Collaborate with the Sales and Client Services departments to maximise product usage while providing subject matter expertise regarding best practices and system capabilities
*Provide technical support and act as a liaison among various teams when resolving customer technical issues, answering product questions and other types of general inquires

Skills:
*Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or comparable industry experience
*3 - 7 years' experience as a client services engineer or software engineer
*Experience with Linux command-line syntax, system utilities, and tools
*Experience with Scripting languages such as Linux Shell script and Perl
*Experience with relational databases and comfortable executing SQL queries and running database scripts
*Experience integrating software applications
*Subject matter expert experience on display or video ad serving, eg Freewheel, Videoplaza, Doubleclick, Liverail, Rubicon, Pubmatic, etc.
*Excellent problem solving skills
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
