IT Capacity & Availability Manager

IT Capacity Manager - availability, capacity management, asset management, reporting, ITIL processes - Bournemouth - as part of a national ITIL focused Service Delivery team you will help manager and align capacity and availability across the group.

In this proactive role you will be responsible for analysing and reporting on availability and capacity for computing and storage systems across the UK this role will ensure consistent delivery and performance of IT services. Assisting in new projects you will input in to design and strategy at all stages, working closely with Project Managers, Design Teams, Operational Support teams and Service Delivery Managers.

Ideal applicants will have a background in capacity management for a large corporate or IT solution provider as well as -

* Knowledge of the IT Asset Management process and tools
* An understanding of Business continuity and disaster recovery
* Technical understanding to a decent level
* Ability to prioritise multiple projects

Although the role is based in Bournemouth it may require occasional travel across the UK and from time to time short stays away from home. In return a salary of up to GBP30k is on offer with a good benefits package.
