They are looking for a hands-on, knowledge-hungry and creative marketing strategist with exceptional networking skills and a desire to develop a deep understanding of their Barristers' practice areas.

As a well-qualified professional with a coaching approach to selling marketing ideas to the many internal stakeholders you will thrive in this challenging position.

Assisted by a Marketing Assistant you will be in charge of the coordination of all their marketing activities as well as the development of a marketing network.

The role's key responsibilities include:

- Preparation and execution of an annual marketing plan; developing their digital profile;
- Market research and competitor analysis;
- Production of their publications (brochures, case notes and other marketing material);
- Development and coordination of client entertainment and educational programme;
- Regular review of their branding;
- Development and maintenance of a media exposure programme ensuring maximum coverage for Members in the legal press and directories including the production of relevant information and submissions for the Legal Directories and writing press releases.

They expect you are degree educated, preferably in a marketing discipline and/or hold or are working towards a qualification in a marketing related discipline (CIM or equivalent). You are very likely to have at least 5-7 years' working experience as a professional services marketing professional, preferably within the legal arena.

You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, be highly IT and digitally literate and be able to demonstrate gravitas and credibility.

They offer a competitive package to the right candidate made up of a salary of up to £45,000 (more for exceptional candidates), 25 days' holiday, bonus scheme, permanent health insurance and income protection (following a qualifying period).
