The Trustees are seeking to appoint a Registered Manager
Full time with competitive salary
The Charlotte Straker Project is a registered charity and care home based in the beautiful Northumberland village of Corbridge.
We provide residential and nursing care to 30 people together with 8 bungalows and one flat.
Reporting directly into the Chair of the Board of Trustees, the successful
candidate will be responsible for:
- Being the CQC registered manger.
- Managing the staff and care within this specialised Home on a day to day basis.
- Ensuring high standards of care, governance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Leading, developing and motivating our team of staff.
- Managing the staff rota and budget.
