Filed Based Recruitment Consultant/ Labour Manager who has the ability to build upon the work which has been secured in the Birmingham area. We are looking for a candidate with proven sales, planning and organisational skills.

3D Personnel are looking for an energetic individual with a determination to succeed, an individual who will not only be office based but will be in the field generating business.

You will be trained in all aspects of the recruitment process, from interviewing, reference checking and delivering a quality service to clients all of the time. We want all staff to understand the importance of getting the correct candidate onto the job first time. You will receive training on an ongoing basis.
