As our Customer Service Advisor we don’t just invest in you, we will provide you with all the latest technology, support and knowledge to help you maintain and deliver excellent service to our customers. We are currently looking for a number of advisors to join several teams within our business - The first notification of loss reporting team, the claims investigation team and the vehicle hire team.

If you have the passion, drive and ambition to make a difference and have the following skills, experience and attributes this could be the role for you:

- A high level of organisation.

- Exceptional communication skills, previous experience of working within a telephony environment is essential.

- Previous customer service experience.

- Proficient with PC skills.

- Capable of gathering, organising and managing information.

- Experience of working in a faced paced working environment, working within a contact centre is desirable but not essential.

- Ability to multi-task & deal with several actions/ cases simultaneously .

-Team working and working to tight deadlines.

- Be eager to learn showing a positive, proactive, can do approach.

- It is essential that you are a driver yourself and have knowledge and understanding of the rules of the road including policies and insurances.
