Software Development Manager, Norwich to GBP60,000

My client, a highly successful International organization, is looking for an exceptional talent who is both a strong team leader/manager and who at the same time still retains some hands on expertise based around C# and SQl Server.

The role will involve approximately 80% of your time managing your team based both in the UK and Europe, but 20 % of your time will be taken up with hands on technical design and coding.

To be successful, you should be a natural and experienced man manager who really enjoys leading and bringing out the best in their team. Part of your success as a Manager will be because you command respect due to your background as a very experienced developer and your ability to direct, help and advise. A confident communicator, you will be comfortable leading technical meetings both internally or externally.
