You:
With experience working as a Recruitment Consultant, you have good knowledge of the industry and a thorough understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
You are proactive and confident in your work, always looking to deliver top quality candidates and outstanding service to clients.
You form relationships easily and would relish working with a large team of recruitment professionals, but are well able to manage your workload and generate your own activity.

As well as the vertical market teams working with candidates of a specific skill set across our clients, we are looking for someone to manage the opportunities outside of those areas, recruiting for non-technical roles including office support, account management, sales, IT support etc.
The role:
Working under the Sanderson brand with established clients, you will sit on a warm desk with vacancies ready to work.
There will be some volume delivery where you will be recruiting for several candidates of the same skill set.
Through relationships with your colleagues, you will seek out vacancies that fall outside of their market area to ensure we are servicing all requirements of our clients
You will also be expected to generate some new business, building market intelligence and following up leads

We are looking for someone who has the hunger and drive to generate business, deliver candidates and ultimately earn excellent commission every month
You need to be professionally credible, with polished presentation and excellent communication skills - not afraid to pick up the phone to clients and candidates, as well as building strong relationships within the business
We want to see a strong work ethic, high personal standards, natural ambition and integrity, as well as the tenacity and motivation make things happen.
