Lean Programme Manager

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programme Manager who has come from a Lean Six Sigma software product delivery background.

Our client is one of Britain's largest online business who are experiencing continual growth. The Programme Manager will have overall responsibility for software product delivery, throughout the life cycle from Idea to Validation of the outcome. You will develop and operate Lean frameworks for managing the investment portfolio to ensure delivery against three areas of effectiveness.

The successful individual will have significant experience in a similar role within a large, fast moving online business and will be an expert in Lean and Agile software product delivery. Specifically, you will have a proven track record of implementing change to deliver better customer experiences whilst delivering major product enhancements and supporting significant growth in customer and transaction volumes and be an experienced practitioner of the core principles of Lean Startup such as MVP, quick feedback loops, adaptive planning, eliminating waste, reducing WIP, fixing bottlenecks, deciding later, delivering fast, continuous improvement and short planning cycles.
