Person Specification
This permanent role requires a passionate Reception Teacher who has experience working with Special Educational Needs and 'English as an Additional Language' pupils and experience of working in an inner city school. The early years setting will be changing for the better under the new SLT, with internal promotions occurring and the new DHT; an outstanding teacher in her own right, leading the team forward into becoming a truly fantastic EYFS setting. This position is not suitable for an NQT, with the current team a real mix of experience and the SLT keen to appoint a proven practitioner. A thorough and in depth understanding of the EYFS curriculum is a MUST, coupled with the energy and enthusiasm required to help this lovely class learn and develop from their progress this year in Nursery.

About the Role
In this Reception Teacher post you will be making good use of the schools facilities, which include a lovely outside learning area and plenty of space indoors too. Keep up-to-date with changes in best practice through the school's training schemes and an SLT pro active in CPD. You will be able to quickly settle into your role and form relationships with the friendly teaching team with the help of a caring and amicable DHT and Head.
