About the Role
In this Physics Graduate Teaching Assistant/TA post you will be joinig the school's hard-working Science Department and you will be helping teachers plan stimulating, informative lessons. This Physics Graduate Teaching Assistant position involves helping the teacher address the needs of all pupils as you lead small intervention classes for lower ability students. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant you will be attending specific feedback meetings and individual training sessions with a SENCO who will coach through your time here. Your progress will be monitored throughout the year and if you work-hard you are likely to be offered a place on the exceptional School Direct scheme. You will have the responsibility of providing support and assistance, not only in class, but for the school's array of during and after school clubs and societies.
