Risk Manager - OTC/IRS - London - GBP80,000 - GBP110,000

We are searching for an OTC Risk Manager with skills in management and modelling. Are you looking for a new challenge?

A market leading clearing house, with global access and connectivity, is looking for a Risk Manager to join their small team in a management capacity. The role is based in London, is permanent and offering in the region of GBP80,000 - GBP110,000.

You would have the opportunity to manage a small team, whilst maintaining a hands on approach to Risk Management. Therefore the ideal candidate will have managed 2-3 people, and have experience with Risk Methodologies and approaches including; pricing, stress testing, and modelling.

This role will also place you in position of influence, representing the OTC Risk department at an organisational level. It will be your responsibility to have a holistic view of the company's Risk and champion its future direction. We are therefore looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• On a day to day basis you will be involved in a variety of Risk aspects including; Stress Testing, VaR, Pricing, Risk Modelling and Margin Modelling
• Small team management or 2-3 people
• Senior Stakeholder liaison at organisational meetings, championing OTC Risk

Requirements

• Experience in small team management
• A strong background in OTC Risk
• Knowledge and experience of one or more of the following products; OTC, Interest Rates, Swaps, FX derivatives.
• Degree educated or equivalent in a Mathematical or Quantitative subject.
