: Job Details Head of Commercial Services - Public Realm GBP48,330 - GBP57,996 + Up to 10% PRP Full Time - Permanent Are you an experienced commercial services manager with proven business prowess? We are looking for an experienced and motivated manager to take on the newly created role of Head of Commercial Services within our Public Realm Division. Reporting directly to the Assistant Director, you'll maintain the standards of excellence the borough has set and drive the business forward. This will be achieved through identifying growth opportunities and implementing subsequent action. The successful candidate will take ownership of a range of initiatives and oversee them from conception to completion. As well as extensive experience of delivering results in a business-focused environment, you will also possess:

• A talent for high level stakeholder management
• A flair for negotiation and managing external contracts
• A track record of successfully delivering complex commercial services
