Junior Voice Engineer (Avaya, Financial Markets)

Our client is a market leading financial services and eCommerce organisation based in the City of London. Due to significant growth within London, our client is creating a dedicated Voice and Collaboration team who will be responsible for all enterprise voice, contact centre, collaboration (inc. EUC) and VC projects predominantly utilising the Avaya (Red) suite of enterprise voice solutions. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and possess circa two years commercial experience supporting the Avaya (Red) enterprise voice platforms (not IP Office). The role will encompass engineering, deployment as well as support so applicants must feel comfortable sometimes working out of hours and weekends as projects befit.
