Apple Mac System Engineer, Mac OS X, iPhone, iPad, MS OS London, Global Travel Company, GBP25k plus worldwide travel and global corporate events.

You will be the go-to-guy for all Apple based technology. Exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent Mac OS X knowledge to join an ever expanding, dynamic and forward thinking global travel company providing day to day support for the London office as well as getting involved in project work. The role

  • Provide technical support for all London based users via remote and desk side assistance, predominantly around network and desktop (Windows OS & OS X).
  • Assist users with OS X applications related to marketing, graphic design, accounting and business systems.
  • Complete full installations of OS X.
  • Respond to user issues by providing desk side and remote support.
  • Raise, update and close calls on service management system.
  • Regularly meet and confer with senior IT management to provide updates an reports.

Skill Set

  • Excellent understanding of Mac OS X and products.
  • Good experience supporting the Apple Platform, Mac OS X and Windows OS.
  • Some experience supporting MS Office, antivirus software, Windows operating systems (7 through to 2008R2), Windows service features, WAN/LAN troubleshooting would be nice, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skill set, good team ethics and all around likeability.
