Underwriting Systems Support Analyst: Subscribe, Workflow, Voyager, Elgar, KCenter, Thunderhead, ARM
My Top Lloyds Market Insurance company client are looking for an experienced systems support analyst to provide operational support to a number of core line business applications. The role will allow you to work with the newest underwriting technologies such as Subscribe, Workflow, Elgar, KCenter, Thunderhead, and ARM etc. The successful candidate will either have worked with these technologies or comparable technologies. The role will allow for training in all of the above systems. The successful candidate will not only be involved in the support of the applications but also developing and upgrading the systems helping them to add to their skill set.
The client is creating whole new teams to work in their main hub, a purpose built building for their IT department which will allow for a lot of input on the successful candidates part with exciting prospects of progression.
The Client is a Leading Insurance firm who operate on the London market. They have substantially grown over the last few years meaning that they are also investing significant amount in their IT department with the aim of moving from best in class to world class the IT budgets are doubling for the next 5 years and the scope of projects is truly astounding incorporating every kind of current class leading delivery.
In order to fulfil the duties of the role, the successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Ability to work to quality standards and in a structured environment.
- Adaptive and responsive to change
- Ability to work across functions (across Group Technology, Finance, Business divisions) using strong communication skills to convey technical solutions using non-technical terminology
- Knowledge of the core underwriting systems and supporting processes, including Subscribe, WASP, CLAWS, Open Xposure and Voyager. Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of other applications/versions as may be required.

- Assertiveness and Persuasion (with customers and suppliers)
