Our client, a national organisation based in West Malling are looking for a developer with experience in .NET and C# to join the organisation at a VERY exciting time. The organisation are looking to push the digital side of the business, and want someone to join the team who wants to help the business strive forward. In terms of technical knowledge, the ideal candidate will have experience with C#, .NET and SQL.
This role will be responsible for implementation of development changes to support effective management of the Digital Customer Experience. This includes implementation and management of monitoring and tracking tools to aid in proactive monitoring of digital products and the operational monitoring of new technologies implemented to delivery digital products.
Job responsibilities -
. Fixing of technical issues and implementation of improvement to support digital experience and evaluating ways to incorporate existing or new technologies to support customer's digital experience.
. Writing and testing code and then refining and rewriting as necessary in a TDD style. Proactively raising issues if specifications will lead to quality, system performance, or architectural issues in production.
. Undertake specific improvements identified by insight to improve the digital experience eg Performance improvements and or usability improvements.
. Collaborate with System Analysts, Solutions Designer(s) and Product Owners to ensure understanding of product and technical roadmaps.
. Proactively identifies and resolves potential problems/issues using customer insight data including authoring of technical specifications that can be turned into FAQ's.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for online/digital development, and be a team player with a willingness to learn new skills. The company will offer full training on technologies like Biztalk and Azure, and offer full support and further development.
