Are you a HR Advisor looking for a new challenge and interested in joining our team in Aberdeen?

The Human Resources Team provide quality advice and guidance to Management on day-to-day activities across the organisation ensuring that policies are applied fairly and consistently across all employees to enable managers to succeed in motivating and retaining them.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

* The HR operations and employee relations in the areas of providing ongoing advice and guidance, diversity, staffing, performance management, career development, talent management, case and issue resolution, understanding and interpreting UK and European legislation
* Assessing any impact to the Company of changes to policy, practice and employment law and communicating them appropriately to management and Leadership team
* Providing advice and guidance on compensation issues. This also includes developing and implementing the promotion plan and managing the salary planning process with the leadership team
* Attending and participating in key meetings with Management plus any other appropriate meetings in order to gain an understanding of the business
* Ensuring that our policies and practices are compliant with employment legislation
* Ensuring good working relationships with all Stakeholders
* Assisting with any other project work as requested by the HR Manager

WHO DO WE NEED?

We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic and experience of working under pressure to meet business requirements. The successful candidate must be a quick learner, flexible, and be able to adapt quickly to the Company, culture and environment.

The following skills are required:

* CIPD or working towards it
* An understanding of UK and European employment law with experience in handling sensitive employee relations issues
* Experience in TUPE transfers and TUPE legislation
* Experience in an HR role, preferably with a large blue chip organisation
* Good communication skills and experience of dealing with all levels of Management
* Knowledge of PeopleSoft & Agresso desirable, but not essential as training will be given
* Good IT system skills including Microsoft Office products
