Together, working with global recruitment and human resources teams you will be responsible for Identifying and attracting candidates for senior business critical positions across our key global markets of, Transportation, Security & Defence and Aerospace. Key responsibilities


• Working closely with the Global Head of Sourcing and Global HR teams, identify, engage and attract talent to support resourcing demand across Europe the Middle East, Latin America and North America.
• Utilise a variety of sourcing channels and techniques to source passive talent, including, boolean logic, X-ray search, LinkedIn and social media search.
• Be responsible for providing relevant qualified shortlists of candidates to present business leaders.
• Be accountable for proactively building talent pools and pipeline for future recruitment needs.
• Provide quality market insight, intelligence and competitor analysis to the business to inform recruitment decisions.
• Play a key role in embedding effective selection processes in emerging countries
• Champion the employer brand and ensure consistent candidate journeys throughout the recruitment process.
• Work collaboratively with executive directors and the hiring manager community, introducing robust recruitment and sourcing processes.
• Building strong relationships with executive board members and key stakeholders to influence hiring decisions.

Desired Experience

• Proven experience as an executive recruiter, having worked as a head-hunter across technology, engineering or Infrastructure sectors.
• Experience of managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from initial approach through to offer management.
• Demonstrative experience of direct sourcing techniques, (Boolean, X-ray) ideally having worked in a fast paced in house recruitment team.
• Proficient in the use of Taleo, Avature and LinkedIn, with the ability to conduct and present internet research.
• Experience in managing international mandates, ideally will speak French, Spanish or Arabic.
