Location: UK wide (with base locations available within the North West, South West and South East of England)

Working alongside some of the largest names in a variety of sectors, including rail, defence and nuclear, our cyber security team are experts in their field. And we're looking for more Information Assurance (IA) Consultants to join them and work directly on client sites across the UK. Providing specialist advice and consultancy services to our customers, you will ensure the security of their businesses and systems. Key responsibilities
• Stakeholder management and development of customer relationships
• Development of accreditation strategy in accordance with National Security Standards, and other bespoke policies
• System architectural analysis and detailed security design
• Creation of systems engineering documentation
• Technical and non-technical security threat analysis and risk assessment
• Working with sub-contractors to gather and evaluate evidence of security compliance.

Skills, qualifications and experience
• The ability to apply and interpret HMG information assurance standards
• Experience of developing strategies to support the successful accreditation of systems or services, including identifying scope, dependencies and assurance methods
• A history of auditing client infrastructure to establish compliance with standards, such as ISO27001, JSP440 and JSP490
• Expert knowledge in analysing system design, solution and network diagrams to identify vulnerabilities and make recommendations to remediate the risk
• Experience in the application of security practices and processes
• A background in information and network management systems in one of more of the following sectors: critical national infrastructure, nuclear, rail, energy, utilities, aerospace, defence or policing
• Educated to degree or equivalent standard, ideally with membership of an appropriate professional institution.
