: Job Details MM1 GBP35,715 - GBP41,529 pa pro rata with up to 10% PRP depending on performance Fixed term contract until 31 st March 2016 Part Time - 21.5 hours per week The Change and Challenge Team is a newly developed team set up to support a project area delivering on the governments Troubled Families agenda. Enfield was tasked to Identify and turn around the lives of 775 families with the most complex and challenging needs over a three year period 2012 - 2015. Enfield Change and Challenge team and partner agencies continue to maintain a focus upon phase 1, supporting families to meet the national outcomes in order to reach a 100% turn around by May 2015 while engaging in planning and preparation to become an early adopter of phase 2 from January 2015 We are seeking to recruit a part time Deputy Team Manager to develop and manage a new multi-agency team of professionals that will be working with Enfield's most complex families. You must be a skilled and experienced manager that has worked in a multi-agency environment. You must have a broad understanding of the needs of complex families and be able to identify the appropriate level and type of intervention required for each individual family. In order to support these families and help turn their lives around you must be able to work with many partner agencies and remain outcomes focussed at all times.
