Application Support Analyst/Software Support Advisor
A company that provides hardware and software solutions requires a Application Support Analyst/
Software Support Advisor to join the team and take support calls from existing customers and colleagues. The Application Support Analyst/Software Support Advisor will be based in the company's offices which are situated between Bristol and Bath but will also be required to sometimes visit client sites during the implementations.
The Application Support Analyst/Software Support Advisor will need support desk/service desk experience and will have application support or software support experience. The role will involve troubleshooting customer problems and sometimes emulating issues, so a proactive approach to support is required. The Application Support Analyst/Software Support Advisor person would benefit from an understanding of ERP or accounting software, ideally Sage along with a good mix of other technologies.
The Application Support Analyst/Software Support Advisor salary is GBP20-25k.
