Senior Developer - C#, .NET, XML, SOA, Solutions focused

Senior Developer with skills in C#, .NET, SOA, XML and a solutions focused approach to software development required by software house based in Leamington Spa.

Permanent - GBP40,000 to GBP50,000 per annum basic salary plus benefits including 5% pension, bonus, 25 days holiday, life assurance and critical illness cover, health plan etc..

The Senior Developer will work within a high calibre large Agile development team and will be involved in the development of greenfield web business systems for professional and financial services client base, using cutting edge Microsoft and proprietary development technologies. The client is a market leader in their industry and is looking to hire a highly experienced developer and will provide an extensive training program to encourage a highly successful career within the company and beyond.

The successful Senior Developer will have an unrivalled opportunity to gain experience with cutting edge proprietary software, taking a key role in performing analysis, requirements gathering, development and testing.

The ideal Developer is ambitious, hungry to learn, passionate about technology, and will possess more than 4 years' experience in Object Oriented software development.

Skills required:

• Expertise with Object Oriented programming
• C# web application development experience
• Experience in the development of Service Oriented Architecture with WCF
• XML Development
• SQL Server
• A solutions focused approach to software development
• Excellent communication skills

The client site is based in Leamington Spa with free on-site parking. The office is easily commutable from Coventry, Warwick, Rugby, Birmingham, Solihull, Redditch, Nuneaton, Banbury, Stratford-upon-Avon, Daventry and the surrounding area of Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and the West Midlands.
