**We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a BIS Project Manager to join our team based in Bradford**

Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The successful candidate will acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. You will be responsible for delivery of project objectives and the oversight of quality control throughout the project life cycle.

BIS Project Manager Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

> Manage key stakeholders and their expectations through effective updates and communication on plans and progress reporting
> Manage risks and issues; escalating cross project risks and issues through functional management
> Ensuring projects are delivered according to our project methodology and stage gate process
> Accountable to the business sponsor for successful delivery of project deliverables within approved timeline, budget and agreed upon success criteria
> Create and execute project work plans and revisions as appropriate, with the goal of meeting change requests and requirements
> Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
> Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
> Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
> Effectively apply Univar’s methodology and compliance of project standards
> Analyse project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization
> Understand revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly

> You will demonstrate strong leadership skills with willingness to drive a team
> You will be confident in making key decisions and have experience in working with external suppliers
> You will possess excellent organisational skills; and knowledge of software development methods, platforms, and tools is desirable
