Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Gravesend, Kent
Salary: £15,142.40 - £17,076.80 per Annum (plus £499.44 Outer Fringe Allowance)
Hours: Flexible hours up to 40 hour a Week
Contract: Permanent

People who are compassionate in supporting adults with an Autism Spectrum Condition (including Asperger’s) and a variety of care and support needs. You will help individuals with a variety of care and support needs including:
• Access the community, education, work and leisure activities
• Help build independent living skills
• Domestic tasks
• Administering medication
• Budgeting and care planning
Where will you be working:
Surrey or Kent Services.
Hours of work: Flexible hours up to 40 hours a Week
