Salary: £14500 - £15500 per annum

Experience: Office based experience required, this role would suit someone with proven Customer Service experience who would enjoy adding a technical aspect to their existing skills.


Qualifications: Ideally educated to A level standard or equivalent, CII or working towards a bonus


This prominent and fast-growing company based in Gloucester, are looking for an Data Capture Administrator to join the team. This role will require you to be willing to develop technical knowledge covering a range of products along with a strong understanding of underwriting authority limits, whilst continuing to deliver excellent customer service.

The Data Capture Administrator will be responsible for dealing with incoming telephone, fax, e-mail and post enquiries, quotation and transaction requests and renewal, claims and account queries on a range of products.

The Data Capture Administrator will have good communication skills in order to resolve issues either by telephone or letter and build excellent broker relationships. Documentation created will be system generated although there may occasionally be a requirement for free format letters to be produced.

The role requires building good relationships and fostering good team spirit, self-motivation and ability to work efficiency.
