Telephone Counsellors

BACP Counsellors Location: Gloucestershire Profile: Permanent role for leading company with excellent benefits Salary: £22000 per annum pro rata Hours: Various hours available Qualifications: BACP Individual Accreditation essential Experience: At least 2 years post-qualification experience of providing counselling within an organizational context The Counsellor will work as part of an overall telephone counselling team and provide a brief therapy telephone counselling service within an EAP setting. Duties will include initial assessment, brief term counselling work and appropriate referral on to brief term face-to-face counselling.
