Procurement Manager/Sourcing Manager/Supplier Manager - Maritime

On behalf of our leading Client we are looking for a Procurement Manager who has experience within large organisations, managing IT and non-IT Procurement, handling large budgets who has previous experience in the maritime sector. This role has flexibility in terms of location and you would be involved in a number of exciting internal and external projects.

Description:

- Major contract management experience
- Assessing the existing commercial landscape
- Designing and implementing approaches which ensure effective delivery
- Leading on supplier Management- The ability to re-negotiate existing contracts if required
- Primary point of contact between incumbent suppliers
- Commercial due diligence and major risk assessment
- Revising or renegotiating large scale contracts
- Managing Senior Stakeholders
- MCIPS
- Previous Maritime experience
