Graduate Business Development Manager - Hospitality

Now they are looking for a driven, self-motivated graduate to take ownership of this field based sales role to define, identify and develop new and existing revenue streams.

What would you be doing?

• Plan and carry out direct Business Development activities so as to maintain and develop sales of the company's new services to clients and prospective clients in accordance with agreed business plans.
• Promote the brand to generate the best environment and foster new opportunities for increased sales of the company's services.
• Identifying and developing specific revenue achieving projects.
• Identifying and following up on new business opportunities.
• To follow up on referrals from the Operations Team and to develop their own pipeline of new business.
• Producing and presenting well-reasoned and structured sales proposals/documents that deliver profit objectives.
• To use customer insight and market research data to support client development initiatives.
• Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys as requested.
• Carry out analysis of market and competitors.
• Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
• To keep own skills and knowledge up to date, especially in respect of subjects that are directly relevant to the job, eg. advertisement, product knowledge, competitive titles, local/regional affairs, advertising law, business sector.
