to be successful in securing any one of these full time SEN Teaching Assistant positions, you must be a bright and dependable graduate who has already held a paid or volunteer role where you supported SEN children and an inspirational energy that stems from your own passion for education. You will be a graduate who can support your students not only academically, but socially and emotionally too. The school needs a graduate who has the enthusiasm to energise their class, pupils and small groups, increasing productivity and ensuring they are all focused and enjoying themselves.

About the Role
This SEN Teaching Assistant role involves you supporting the learning of specific pupils who are on the autistic spectrum and have a range of additional needs associated with their learning and development. You will be joining a team who work well under the direction of the outstanding Senior Leadership Team. Part of your role will include signing up to a comprehensive professional development plan that has been especially created to allow those new to teaching and education to get to grips with their new role.
