Every week thousands of people visit their sites to look around their houses with a view to buy. Driving to different locations, you will take care of all prospective and existing purchasers in a welcoming, professional and efficient manner, delivering exceptional customer service in order to assist with clinching the deal and closing the sale. An element of this role is focused around opening their customer’s eyes to their homes potential, promoting mortgage arrangements and using incentives effectively to ensure a good flow of sales whilst maximising profitability.

This is a varied role, where no two days are the same and although demanding, it is equally as rewarding.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive candidate with exceptional customer service and communication skills from either a New Home or Estate Agency background or for candidates experienced in working with customers whereby you have tailored services to meet their individual needs.  With a natural ability to engage and influence people, motivated by working to goals and targets, we will provide you will a full induction and structured training programme, receiving ongoing support, advice and guidance from their Sales and Marketing Teams. 

Candidates for this role must have their own car and have a willingness to work at their busiest times, which could include Weekends and Bank Holidays.

Please note the selection process will be an initial telephone interview followed by a half day assessment centre on the Tuesday 16th June 2015 AM & PM and then final interview.
