Support Worker Adults

PLEASE NOTE: Applicants will need to have a Full UK driving Licence, with access to own transport. Due to the nature of this role, non-drivers will not be accepted.

They have a dedicated management team with extensive training and experience in all areas of the social care industry.

We have an opportunity for qualified support workers to join our team but would also consider those new to the care industry as full training will be given.

The role includes:

• Personal Care
• Assistants with daily tasks
• Social Support
• Maintaining and promoting dignity
• Independence and well-being at all times

To be a top class Support Worker you need to have a certain personality. You need to be caring and compassionate and above all patient, kind, empathetic, honest and reliable. You need to have a positive outlook, be proactive, observant and flexible.

Requirements to apply are as follows:

• Full UK driving license with access to own transport at all times
• A mobile phone (as you are required to move around the areas)
• Flexibility to work alternate weekends
• Previous experience in the care setting is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• High standards of work
