Teaching Assistant 1-1 Pupil Support, Denbighshire School
Excell Supply is Wales’ leading Education Specialist based in Mold, Flintshire. We are currently recruiting on behalf of a large primary school who we work very closely with in the Rhyl area. This role will commence in the Autumn Term (September 2015) and will end next April 2016. The successful candidate will be working 10 hours a week (Afternoons only).
The school are seeking a Special Educational Needs experienced teaching assistant to support a Key Stage 2 pupil with challenging behaviour problems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a constructive working environment for pupils and be passionate about working with children.
As members of the REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) and Umbrella body to the DBS, (Disclosure & Barring Service) Excell Supply is committed to the safeguarding and welfare of children. All applicants will be subject to through employment checks and must have an Enhanced DBS certificate in place.
The ideal candidate will have;
- A relevant Childcare/Learning Support Qualification or extensive experience within the classroom
- Experience working in an SEN environment
- The ability to communicate, work flexibly and be reliable
