Senior Site Supervisor
Required as soon as possible
35 hours per week (11.00am to 6.30pm - Monday to Friday) • 52 weeks per annum contract (with flexibility required at peak times in the College calendar)
Actual Salary between: £20,648 to £23,362 per annum • Based on qualifications and experience

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and proactive person to lead the College’s site, maintenance and security teams. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate strong organisation, communication and leadership skills together with practical maintenance skills as the role requires leadership with a hands on approach. Some flexibility is required as you would be part of the call out team and expected to provide cover in the absence of team members. A NEBOSH or related Health & Safety qualification is essential. Previous experience of working in an educational environment would be an advantage.
