Key Stage 2 Teacher-Conwy School

Excell Supply is Wales’ leading Education Specialist based in Mold, Flintshire. We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Primary School who we work closely with based in the Llandudno area.

The School are seeking a Key Stage 2 Teacher to teach a Year 5 class. This full time maternity cover role will commence in the new Autumn Term (September 2015) ending next April 2016.

The ideal candidate will have;

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT)
• Experience of delivering Key Stage 2 and a good understanding of Welsh
• The ability to create a stimulating classroom environment, plan effectively and maintain systems and records
• The ability to use IT for planning and teaching
• A strong understanding of child development and the ability to meet children’s individual needs along with the ability to communicate effectively
• Good classroom management skills
