Horizon/Tririga Project Manager

An excellent opportunity has become available with a leading financial organisation who are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has the relevant experience in lease management. Product knowledge in Lease management vendors Horizon or Tririga is a must. Once the vendor is chosen there will be a green-field implementation.

The successful candidate will be in coordination with the client's IT integrator and the global project manager in order to manage all the stages of the implementation.

This includes the design stage in terms of preparation, planning and aligning all the workgroups. The successful candidate will also be involved in the build stage which includes following the build phase in coordination with the integrator.

Furthermore, they will also be involved in the data migration phase (including preparing the data migration phase; data cleansing, data preparation and testing) and the test stage (preparing the test plan and scenario, plan the test session and aligning the session).

Finally, they will be involved with the change management stage; defining the training plan, writing the training material, defining a communication plan and preparing the communication material.

The successful candidate will exercise solid project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytical skills. They will leverage business knowledge and expertise in order to drive business process improvements. They will have to also work with senior stakeholders regarding budget, resources and timeline and formally capture and communicate of those meetings.
