This role requires someone who wants to play an integral part of helping our clients Marketing Agency grow,the ideal candidate is straight talking and enjoys getting up in a morning to come to work (after all you’re at work a long time so you should like what you do!) You will work closely with the 2 owners of our clients business, manage office administration, work flow processes and have financial responsibilities. As well as your salary you will be offered guaranteed monthly bonuses for outstanding job performance.

Office Manager – Leeds City Centre - Full time appointment - £14k - £20k (dependent on experience) + performance related bonuses

This is a varied and diverse role that demands someone who is highly organised, self-motivated and buys in to the ethos of helping to improve the running of the business to support the growth strategy of the agency.

You will be responsible for all office administration duties, assist the directors with client requirements such as job quoting and purchasing and manage the work flow of the agency to help improve efficiency.

A central part of the role is also managing the key financial's of the business that will not only include invoicing, debt management but also monitoring the financial performance of individual projects to help the directors analyse the performance of key client projects and accounts – after all if the business isn’t profitable there is no point in us being here!

You will be offered guaranteed monthly bonuses for performing key tasks to an agreed standard so you can be confident that your outstanding performance will always be recognised as you will be a key player in this ambitious marketing agency.

Job Requirements

· Proficient in Microsoft Office packages

· Being highly organised comes as second nature to you

· A solid understanding of financial's and accounts of a business

· Have ambition to make a difference in the business

· A full clean driving licence is preferable but not essential
