If you've got first class customer service skills, a can-do attitude and are looking for a job with a future, this is the role for you.
Take your first step into a career in residential property management with this award winning Property Management Group which specialises in the day-to-day management of high quality residential developments across East Anglia, London, the Home Counties and East Midlands.
This is a key role within the Estate Management team, for a company which positively encourages internal progression.
You will work closely with Estate Managers to ensure they consistently deliver a high standard of performance and complete customer satisfaction. You will achieve this by handling front-line communications with customers - such as resolving queries and dealing with correspondence - and by managing maintenance issues within a portfolio of fantastic properties.
Responsible for the administration of more than £10m of client service charge budgets, the company is based in Cambridge with offices in Nottingham, London and Bracknell. The Group employs more than 150 staff, across a range of property-related businesses including facilities management and legal, and is still growing.
There are 3 critical success factors on which the success of the chosen candidate will be appraised and they are:
1. Customer service mentality & strong communication skills - They exist because of their customers. As someone who is on the 'frontline', you will have a key impact on how their customers perceive the group. Their challenge is to earn their customers' trust and confidence through their actions.
2. Successful implementation: thorough & accountable - A desire and willingness to systematically and diligently do what needs to be done to ensure key milestones are achieved on time & on budget. To manage estates effectively, everything must be in order and their obligations must be fulfilled.
3. Business maturity & a 'can-do' approach - You will possess business maturity combined with a can-do approach. While there are defined processes to follow, sometimes the best rule is to apply common sense and exercise your good judgement.
Hours of work are 9:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday.
